Edward Stroop: Principal As a Florida Certified General Contractor and a registered Architect (Texas), Edward Stroop has 26 years experience in the construction industry. He graduated from the University of Florida in 1981 with a degree in Architecture. Edward has managed, directed and been financially responsible for every aspect of the Construction and Architecture trades. Edward is a hands-on owner responsible not only for the business management of the company but oversees all construction aspects of the company. |

Lesa Stroop: Principal Lesa has worked in the construction field for over 15 years. She is a graduate of Texas A&M University in 1986 with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Design. Through the university, she studied the form and function of architecture in Florence, Italy. Presently, her role is Project Manager for the various projects at Stroop Design & Construction. |

Amanda Patella, Interior Services Amanda graduated from the University of Florida in 2006 with a Bachelor of Design in Interior Design. Through the university, she studied Scandinavian Furniture Design abroad in Copenhagen, Denmark. She is SDCI’s Design Associate for Interior Services, as well as a LEED Accredited Professional and NCIDQ® certified. She works closely with clients to create functional and beautiful spaces that fit the client’s budget. |
Andy Surprenant, Construction Manager Andy graduated from the University of Florida in 2007 with a Bachelor of Design in Architecture; and in 2009 with a Masters in Building Construction. He is SDCI’s job site superintendent, maintaining a full-time presence throughout the project to ensure compliance with the Contract Documents while monitoring the daily progress. |

Jim Delfino, Sales & Marketing Jim comes to SDC with a sales & marketing background of 9 years. He also honed his technical skills and his keen attention to detail as a computer technician for over 25yrs. Jim handles the sales and marketing for SDC's Roof Coating Division. Jim works closely with clients to offer a roof coating solution to their buildings specific roofing needs. |
