Course 2: Construction Supervision Leadership
A 1-day course to learn and implement some of the Best Practices in Construction Supervision and Leadership principles. It pulls the real-world principles and techniques from our Construction Management Leadership course as well as additional specific principles for superintendents and foremen.
Upon completion of these courses, students will have a better understanding of effectively managing the many complex components of a construction project. Students will be able to apply principles and techniques learned to their projects to be able to effectively manage a construction project more successfully. Students will not only gain insight to the nuts and bolts of project management but the important aspect of good leadership and human relations skills that need to be applied in order to get to the next level of construction management. Students will discover how to develop better teams, effectively navigate conflicting demands and develop processes for better productivity, profitability and quality.
